End User License Agreemen (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (the "User") and Sharif Khaleel (the "Owner") for the use of the "Light Set" application (the "Application"). By installing, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not use the Application.

1. License Grant

Subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA, the Owner grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Application solely for personal, non-commercial purposes on an Apple-branded product running Apple's iOS operating system.

2. Ownership

The Application is licensed, not sold. The Owner retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Application, including all intellectual property rights.

3. Restrictions

The User shall not: a. Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Application. b. Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices from the Application. c. Use the Application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. d. Share, sell, transfer, or sublicense the Application to any third party. e. Use the Application in any way that could harm, impair, or disrupt the Application's functionality or the Owner's servers.

4. Updates

The Owner may, from time to time, provide updates or upgrades to the Application. The User agrees to install such updates promptly to continue using the Application.

5. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated by the User or the Owner. The User may terminate it at any time by deleting the Application. The Owner may terminate this EULA if the User fails to comply with its terms and conditions. Upon termination, the User must cease all use of the Application and delete it from their device.

6. Privacy

The Application may collect and use personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Application, the User consents to the collection and use of their personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Application is provided "as is" without any warranties, whether expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use or inability to use the Application.

9. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Maldives, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

By using the "Light Set" Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Application.
